My first year at university proved to be a turning point for me. I had started as a business engineering student, but found the lectures to be unengaging at the time.
With so many other things on my mind I easily grew bored and realized that I was not pursuing the right path. I yearned to engage in a field that I was truly passionate about.

After much introspection and contemplation, I decided to switch my major to sports science. I knew in my heart that this was the right decision for me and I am grateful for making that change.

My quest to uncover my true passion for movement led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science at KU Leuven University. During my studies, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the human body, including physiology, sports psychology, and the critical skills needed to become an effective coach and motivator.

This educational journey not only allowed me to delve deeper into my passion for movement, but it equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to help people achieve their goals.

Upon finishing my Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, I took on the role of a personal trainer, eager to put my education into action.

Through hands-on experience, I was faced with realities and limitations that I had not encountered in my studies, which helped me gain a deeper understanding of the industry.

Despite facing challenges in working for others and within structured environments, I came to the realization that my passion was best fulfilled as a self-employed personal trainer and made the decision to pursue a more autonomous path.

My desire to work for myself and build a successful personal training business led me on a journey of discovery. After researching various options, I stumbled upon the story of Brandon Carter and his struggles as a personal trainer.
